Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship product within New Zealand and Australia. If you would like to inquire about shipping to other countries please contact us on sales@nznativehoney.co.nz

What is the shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

How long will shipments take?

We aim to get products to customers based in New Zealand within 2-4 days of Order Confirmation.

Can I track the my shipment?

Yes, we will send you an email with tracking information after your order is placed, when the order is shipped.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your order is damaged during shipment, please send a photo of the damaged jar and shipping package, showing label to sales@nznativehoney.co.nz and we will arrange a refund or reship your order.
